        What a breath of fresh air! Patient care like it used to be. I have just moved to this surgery and I have been extremely impressed. I had an 'episode' yesterday. I rang at 8:37 and was answered immediately. My details were taken carefully and before I had completed the brief form messaged to me a Doctor rang me. This was followed up with a very thorough examination and tests set in motion the same afternoon. Excellent. This is the service I paid into for 50 years!!! My details were

        Everybody staff and Drs are 100 per cent there and go above and beyond to help everyone .

        Dr Farrel-Thomas should never be seeing patients as a gp, when in fact he is a nurse. Refusing medical intervention and medication is absolutely disgusting. On a Thursday evening, I now need to find new drs.

        During the course of the call to refuse my application for registration, the doctor wouldn't let me complete a single sentence, was entirely dismissive of my needs and conditions (which include prostate cancer, diabetes and an extreme sleeping disorder), and he wanted to alter my prescription medications without any enquiry into the reasons why I was taking them and why they had been prescribed by another GP
