Park Practice

Good morning, People are always quick at complaining about services, but thankyou's are very rare! So l would like to give a big shout out to the surgery. I have got cancer and need so many appointments for my blood tests, plus l'm diabetic, which also means more blood tests. My Doctor who is Dr Stevens is so caring and always listen to my problems and has literally saved my life due to sepsis, saw that l needed help with my anxiety and depression, the nurses and HCA's are lovely and kind. They apologise when they find it difficult to take my blood. The reception staff always help if they find it difficult to book an appointment. I am very, very grateful to all who work at Park Practice, thankyou so much for being you. Katie the HCA who took my blood this morning is great! Keep up the brilliant work you do. So far Ive been so pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of this surgery ..the nursing staff are brilliant ,the doctors really good and the reception staff kind .

I'd like to say a huge thankyou to reception staff who were working this afternoon. 15/3/23. They were very helpful with my requests. And an even bigger thankyou goes to Matt Daley the physio who I saw at an appointment today. He was very helpful and understanding of my issues. I can't praise him enough. Thankyou to all staff at park practice for your hard work and understanding attitudes to me as a patient.
