        They been open for an hour and a half and I've phone 25 times already. Always line busy. Its beyond shocking just to get an answer. Yes I understand they are alot more busy now due to covid but they should add more phones and receptionists to help with the surplus of calls atlest just to give people guidance. Not everyone has the ability to phone back every couple of minutes to try and get an answer.

        Always done well by me and my family, even while covid was going on was able to get a call from the doctor, very happy after last Docs wasn't the best.
