Manor Field Surgery

What a breath of fresh air this surgery is! Ive been with a Wickersley surgery all my life and through no fault of my own I was taken off of the patients listnot their fault either apparently! The receptionists at manor field have been so kind and so helpful from the word go. Called at 8am as instructed to the day before and got straight through, didnt have to hold. By 8:08am Dr Hussain had called. She was absolutely lovely, she listened to me while I explained everything and Im picking up my prescription this afternoon. Cannot believe how easy it has been. A massive difference to my old drs. I only wished Id moved sooner. If it was my old doctors Id have still been on the phone now 6 hours later! Thank you.

I just need to say I have been a pain to this surgery the last few weeks ( its my parents surgery) I have had nothing but care and compassion and action on every call.Jill and Annette have put up with my tears and sorted out all our needs as well as showing concern and kindness and compassion. Im sure Ive spoken to others too but cant remember their names, sorry.I have worked in the NHS for 34 years and the service this practice has offered me has been outstanding.I thank you and the wonderful Dr Mellor and not forgetting the pharmacist and all the ladies in there, you have gone above and beyond , Thankyou x
