        I recently switched from Bedworth Health Centre, where I couldn't even get through on the phone (and was advised in a recorded message to ring 111*) to Bulkington Surgery and have already had a face to face consultation with a very helpful GP, and am now awaiting a telephone consultation. The receptionists are approachable and friendly. It is a revelation! * 111 is a brilliant service but extremely stretched due to some surgeries just not giving the service that they used to.
