Recently had to visit for both myself and my baby and the appointments have been given for that day. Sometimes writhing the hour. I even managed to get to see a doctor today in 5 minutes!!!!! This is amazing service!!!
People have been quick to moan about surgeries not being available however I have never had this experience with Park Green.
Thank you to the entire team however I must make special mention to Sister Lisa and Doctors Panting and Leigh. Please do not stop!

Unfortunately since COVID there have been some changes. They have adopted some of the less desirable practises that other surgeries have been using for years. The receptionists seem to be a new generation trained to obstruct access to doctors. The phone system is either inadequate or being misused, calls regularly get cut off before being answered. When calls are answered, unlike pre pandemic, it feels as though you are expected to tell all about your medical issues. Also, I have noticed a tendency to presume I have got it wrong when raising an issue regarding items missing from a prescription I have put in.
Presumably a lot of the problems are due to the pressure of demand and staff shortages.
Despite all this I think it is still a good surgery that could be excellent like it was until the pandemic.
