Dont answer the phone or if they do they just put it down, or they ask you to hold then put it down. Apparently takes a month to get your record on your app?

Absolutely superb and beyond what your average G.P practice looks like and operates,I went in to get stitches removed after micro surgery the week before and was very nervous but spoke to Heather on reception and she's an absolute asset! All my fears were gone and I won't go anywhere else from now on,thank you Heather and the nurse Lauren and her assistant

All Doctors and Staff, they are very great and helpful and try their best to look after everyone. We have been with them more than 10 years and never had a problem. Thanks a lot Elm Tree Surgery . God bless all of you,

It's been over a year since I've been registered with this surgery. The receptionists have been very helpful and always make an effort to book my appointments suited for me. My last visit with nurse Rani Toor was very informative and she was exceptionally helpful regarding to my concerns. She listened to what I had to say very well, I'm overly satisfied with their service.
