Most awkward useless reception staff going. Don't want to help you at all, have you on hold for 25 minutes answer with their attitude. I'm self employed and the doctor has requested a face to face appointment to discuss something. I asked rather than losing a days wage can I do it over the phone? No you can't the doctor requested face to face. Im the patient, I don't want to lose a days pay. Met with attitude and sarcasm. As if I'm inconveniencing them.

I moved from Scotland and this is my new doctors surgery. Ive had two appointments and I got both on the days I called. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this surgery to any new prospective patients. The doctors I saw were also helpful efficient and pleasant. Thank you Marine Ave Surgery staff

Useless reception team the wanna be ashamed of themselves. I rang at 8.02 was on hold for 25 minutes and then someone picked up and hung up straight away, then rang back was on hold for another 15 minutes somebody answered but then wasn't talking probably had me on mute so after giving them a piece of my mind I hung up. NHS NO HEALTH SERVICE

I dont normally post reviews but in these times when so many people are struggling to get appointments and see a doctor I would really like to big up this surgery Whenever I have needed an appointment or advice Ive had no issues. Even when Ive rang up in the afternoon with poorly children, theyve always managed to squeeze me in. All the staff are kind and polite too.
