we are a care home for adults with learning disabilities and have worked alongside Highwoods Surgery for the last year. In this time we have had a truly excellent level of service from reception, GP's, Prescriptions and especially Debbie the practice nurse who has a fantastic understanding of the people we supports needs but will make amazing reasonable adjustments to meet their needs and understands how difficult a medical environment can be!!! The professionalism, empathy and kindness is second to none!!!

Brilliant surgery, Ive recently joined Highwoods due to moving address and being pregnant I needed a surgery close by. The doctors, reception staff and management are so helpful. I spoke with Mandy the practice manager who helped me sort some documents out for work straight away. My appointment with my GP went fantastic, you can tell they really do care. Everything was explained in such detail it surprised me honestly. Really nice people and a great surgery!

Had a medical with occupational health for work and was told I needed to give letter to my g.p . As blood pressure was way high This was hand posted. I received a text asking me to book a blood pressure check. When I telephoned they had no knowledge of even having the letter and was told to phone back later. Very unorganised.

Surgery just keeps on improving. OK it's annoying having to phone repeatedly in the morning to try and get an appointment but when you do get through the receptionist have always been so helpful and always try to do what they can. Thank you for great service
