Excellent service, staff are professional, helpful and really listen. Repairs are done in 24 or less hours. Waiting lists are reasonable.

staff are unfriendly and harass you to no end; they dont care about whether you have severe mental health issues or not.

Maintenance of properties and grounds where I live are excellent.There is no help from manager on issues of antisocial behaviour.
