Have to do a detailed review on this lot. This may not effect all properties owned by them but certainly a large amount. The houses were built to very poor standards, little to no drainage in gardens so if you always wanted a pond well look no further. Unsafe paths and terrain. Little to no storage indoors and a heating system that's so wrong for the house you may aswell just jump up and down on the spot ro keep warm. When told about the problems they never come to check them or rectify them. All correction has to be done by yourself (but they say you cannot change anything) so it's actually safe and livable. Rent goes up considerably every tax year but the standard of the housing goes down. Solar panels that don't benefit the house's they are attached to. I can go on.... screw it I shall. When I had a leak on a radiator in my hallway and it was about to burst I was told noone can come out for over a week! Another radiator problem in the bathroom got so bad it ruined my floor so it had ro be pulled up, the first sent out a electrician then a joiner then a gas engineer (we have no gas) then finally after the floor was rained then sent a plumber. We'll done. So yeah all fun! Best part about it is neighbours are great and view's are brilliant. Maybe one day customers will be valued.
