I met up with my new housing officer this week ..for tenancy update ...wow what lovely empathetic lady ..took all my needs into consideration...filled me in with all the extra help I can access ...amazing...very professional at ppl services whatever your situation thankyou Debbie mears

A little unorganized. Went with a client to pick up her house keys and we had to wait around forever as they were unable to find them despite being told on the phone that the keys were definitely there. Not something you'd want to hear after driving for hours to get your house keys. Not a bad company at all just bad communication among staff.

I was a tenant for over 25 years they would not put a new kitchen inform me. I struggled I'm pieces of units. Then I spent Fortune in installing biome kitchen solid oak. It was a work of art. I asked permission to put the kitchen in. They verbally said it was okay but don't change the layout. The kitchen was in as promised they sent to electricians round to test it the test to complete. All good kitchen great. Then from high-pressure from the council put the known reasons they wanted me out. When I left they charge me 10,000 or replacing my kitchen and replacing the tiled hallway in my apartment. Make sure you get a letter off then for any changes you do to your property. I am now a private tenant, the difference in my life is amazing. You wouldn't believe the amount of pressure cancel put you under while you are at tenant their property. You don't know and to you actually get out. This message probably won't be up for too long. But if they could've pulled their finger out, and not been under the pressure by the government, they could've done a pretty decent job of looking after people. And providing them housing accommodation.
