      • The Liquidator

        I've been emailing and calling PCH for about 2 years to try and get them to redecorate the block of flats at Cecil Street in accordance with their duties as Freeholder. It hasn't been painted in over 20 years. They just keep fobbing me off saying someone will get back to me. In the meantime the property is getting more and more dilapidated. I am also still waiting for them to investigate and correct credits due on the annual service charge bill for mistakes made, which have also been going on for two years. All falls on deaf ears.

        Called because I've lost my key and flat fob. Said they would call back as didnt know who my housing officer was. Didn't call back and now closed all weekend. How is that acceptable! It is Friday and closed until Monday. Idiots. Also sent bills to my land lady for a balcony repair they never carried out. Nagged her over and over and as her tenant I was the one that informed my land lady they haven't actually done the work costing a few hundred pounds. So bad. Still not repaired 2 years later..... Blocked gutter drains, damp. The list goes on.
