AWFUL HOUSING ASSOCIATION Repairs are done with such long delays. I've had two massively dangerous issues that have taken months to fix. One still not being fixed but was classed and still is an emergency. First reported in August and now it's March. I'm taking my complaint further and this will end is disaster! Its so dangerous

- Shockingly slow communication - Representitives often have little to no information or idea without escalation to another department. - Even then trying to get in touch with someone that can give a satisfactory answer is a struggle. - Unable to provide historic information which they should clearly have easy immedaite access to - Sends out communication via text with little to no context and replying to their text service results in waits of several days for a reply.

Everyone we have individually spoken to at vivid have been polite , friendly and tried as hard as they can to help us with ongoing property issues but as a housing association it can be difficult to get all the departments to communicate which does lead to frustration.
