        I have had a few work men out in the last couple of months and all of them have been friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem with the staff when I call always been friendly and apologetic if they have to cancel an appointment. They are like every other company at the moment struggling with staffing problems due to covid. I do not work for sovereign or know anyone who does work for them

        Absolutely shocking they are the most useless and pointless housing association in Basingstoke, they've left me without hot water for almost 3 weeks now and when it does come to the appointment day it gets rearranged for some unknown reason, 2 years ago they left me with a leak for about 9 months to the point where the plaster fell off the walls, the amount of water damage it had caused to my belongings they had to be removed, they think its OK to leave an asthmatic in a flat thats got mold growing. If you threaten them with the local paper their more than likely to evict you because of it, If you work nights they'll book morning appointments.
