Good place nice people

Why are the day rooms closed the weekend. I thought they were open 24 /7 to allow you to make a cup of tea etc.and to get out of your apartment for a break.

Good housing Association overall , but staff lack basic knowledge of aspects of the sites that they should know.

Worst housing association Ive ever had the misfortune of renting a home from. Poor communication and poor repairs.
