Communication appalling (ignorant/none existent) Work standards laughable - fixing a security light upside down..... and 2 years on (its now 2023), they still only get one star! 3 weeks for water to be repaired. With 3 menstrusting females at the property, this is disgraceful!

Brilliant lovely staff helpful they get their maintenance a bit mixed up sometimes coming for fobs that have been done or jobs that dont exist but that just poor communication with can be sorted. The flat is lovely I love where I live there brilliant with pip forms and benefits forms the garden never get done. But Im appreciative that I got a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. Most people dont have that. Some people on here should be ashamed moaning about things that dont matter. Youre not homeless or live in a tin hut. I dont think people here understand what being homeless means or what it like. It awful I can tell you. Be a bit more grateful because if you dont like it give it to someone that would. Because I appreciate my home. Thank you.
