        I am now been waiting on my mobile ringing emegancy number to report a flood emergency. Still on phone 2hrs now not happy

        Can't fault them, every repair gets fixed, repiar guys are always on it with the jokes and banter, keeping it friendly Deal with any issues and nuisance reports, speak to the parties involved After renting privately from a, quite frankly, slumlord landlord who took 6 months to deal with issues by throwing me out, it makes refreshing change to have everything sorted within a matter of days

        Ive lived in a Havebury house, and a housing association house. I can say, without a shadow of a doubt that Havebury is the superior landlord. Any issues, theyre out, same day if necessary. Highly recommend

        Tell me the previous applicant is unaffordable, take 3 days off work arranging docs to then be told someone else has been given the property!! Absolutely awful service from start to finish
