Always paid 5 weeks ahead for my rent, come to move out and request a refund for an extra week that I overpaid and they tell me that they will keep it till 4 weeks after the tenancy ends? Makes no sense at all, rented from Riverside 2 propertys over the course of 6 years and seems a bit of a let down when I come to the end of my tenancy, there's some people who pay a month behind and they end up owing at the end but to always pay my rent on time amd ahead and then get told their keeping what I've overpaid for a month after I leave? Bit annoyed to be honest.

I've wated on the phone for up to 1hr ridiquless. nd they do not take responsibility for much no matter if the roof fell on your head they take no responsibility, nd I no first hand experience .
