        If I were able to mark this housing group as a zero then I would as I have nothing positive to say other than the receptionists are cheery and the Complaints Manager Martin is good as well... when u are able to get hold of him :/

        They have a poor upkeep of their property's. Their repairs are limited and are quite often not done to a high standard , poor response when reporting repairs they also do not have a good communication with in their office or with their customers, inadequate complaints department a poor service all round.
