Overall a good landlord but often delays, mix ups and/or repeated attendance for repairs. It seems there are not enough staff to meet the needs of the tenants. That said, most repair workmen are lovely and do a good job. Ive had good responses when Ive raised concerns. I love my home and feel Im supported to keep it in good order.

Left a mess outside my property and two other properties. Failed to clean it up even though I phoned and asked on two occasions. One star is generous.
