        I've been a tenant for over 20yrs and can honestly say that this is an excellent housing association. Any repairs I have raised have always been dealt with swiftly and with very professional friendly staff. I would definitely recommend selwood compared to other housing associations.

        I was harassed and bulled over the last two years regarding too loud talk , too loud laugh , too loud walk between room even when its not anti social behaviour , once I had cast for about 6-7 weeks and for the first 4 weeks I have hardly did any walking at all and i have received complain that I quote "I am walking too loud " I found this so ridiculous but yet was investigated by Selwood, I will add more that Selwood ( EMMA ANDREWS ) representative made an announced visit to investigate.. also I was getting lots of phone calls from selwood ( EMMA ANDREWS ) that Im talking and walking too loud so many times even when I was away from home and most of the times Im at work !! Thats ridiculous!!! Please avoid at all costs .

        The one good non bias employee (Chloe) that worked there already left since then experienced difficulty at communication, unfair I would even go as far as discriminatory approach if you are not english by selwood, investigated for non anti social behaviour! investigate for "loud laughter" and other day to day activities that Selwood on main page says it is acceptable! However when report filed from my side was ignored/brushed under the carpet! Despite some senior manager is involved nothing changed. Good thing that few guys that did repairs were pleasant and professional, regarding the wait was various 3-6 weeks wait but issues were not urgent just inconvenient. I wish Selwood would treat all their tenants the same! Living in such modern democratic country like UK, it is disgusting to still experience discrimination and to be treated like a second class citizen if you have different background.
