        Every time I report a repair that needs doing it takes them months to actually get someone to come out and fix the issue even when its been put down as an emergency. Im still waiting now for this to be fixed and I called back in December but cant fault the customer service as they are always pleasant.

        Nothing but praise for the last few weeks..Denise has been patient & beyond helpful & thanks to the 2 guys she got out today.Both professional and went above & beyond to help so my dad can finally move in.

        The staff I have spoken to are very pleasant and the rent is low for the area but the YHA has a policy of ripping out the carpets and white goods when a tenant moves out which leaves you with the huge cost of replacing them, sadly.
