        Health and safety none existent for residents a disaster waiting to happen.... Money is all they care about.... Staff so rude when you have a problem. Lyha are 200 years behind people should not be treated like this...

        If you enjoy being lied to then get yourself down with this company !! There just sly the people who work here no concern for how there lying effects people !! Horrible place no wonder the staff can't be arsed doing there job lol

        I've been waiting nearly 4 years for the fence panels to be replaced.......numerous repair jobs logged for this, phone calls, emails, the surveyor has even measured it! I can't imagine it would take 4 years to collect the rent though....

        If I could zero stars I would!! Absolute shocking housing association I have been left in a high floor flat with an autistic child multiple letters from all health professionals involved with my daughter stating she needs to be moved asap and still nothing! Im now expecting my 2nd child and the housing will do nothing about it!! Absolute disgrace I will be taking this further
