They do anything they can to get out of doing their jobs, don't take no for an answer from these people, they want you to just give up without a fight.

I go here weekly, during non-lockdown times, for my health fitness class and find it a very good, comfortable environment.

Fly tipping team - second to none! They are a credit to the Council and as a team serve the public above and beyond.

Good service

Your parish car park is terrible. It is a gravelly wreck which needs maintenance, you can afford it as you charge 5 for four hours parking.

Not answering phone, but then they never do

A council who care about their Town. Always helpful.

Great displays, lots of interactive exhibits. Very helpful staff.

Poor customer service. Phones never seem to be answered. Always seem to be number 8 in the queue. Only efficient when taking the inflated council tax.
