        Completely unhelpful. I reported some fly tipping via the telephone and was promised a callback. After waiting 5 months and 2 further calls to them, I was told as it was a small cylinder and to take it to the local recycling centre myself. Great job Dudley Council!! Edited 15/03/23 So after 6 months overall, an official complaint to them and a visit from Mark Clinton, Waste Strategy & Disposal Manager, the issue is finally resolved. Thank you, Mark.

        2 yrs ago dmbc put a notice in moden close gornal promising disabled residents yellow lines to stop cars from vale st parking on pavements because wheel chairs and scooters cannot get out of close as normal dmbs done nothing they just look ater their selfs and there own digraceful bunch
