        Traffic warren ticketing cars at 8:40am on Bordon road when the signal clearly says 9am then telling me I am lucky Surly there machine should tell them the time???????? When asked he just kept saying its the human factor yeah right

        Last week I emailed customer services through Havant Borough Council Website. I had a query regarding domestic and Recycle bins to our property. (we had not received them). The email was answered straight away informing me they had passed the query to Operational Services. Operational Services dealt with my query very quickly and I am pleased to say both bins are now at the property. Excellent service from both departments and Norse for the delivery of the bins. Thank you
