        Rare experience with council. Today I had to contact the HBC and first time I spoke to this gentle person called Jonathan/John who really seems to be caring and understanding the problem fully. He definitely wanted to resolve the issue and answer all my questions. God Bless Him and everyone thats committed to their role like him!

        Good news for Halton residents, HBCouncil offer a free skip service throughout the year, not sure when the next one is but check on the website for Halton Borough Council.

        Awful!! They are threatening my daughter who is 18 years old who has learning issues with a fine because she has no NINO so cannot vote. Takes forever to get through been SEVENTH in the stupid queue for the past hour. The answerphone is also completely annoying. Waste of time the lot.
