        Absolutely terrible organisation Doubling my council tax to 5500 a year because due to Covid and the huge price rises I still havent completed my renovations Their attitude is were not bothered we can charge it so we have A truly robbing council

        Rang to get help and advice for a homeless person. First lady helpful and understanding got someone to call us back. Lady who called back abrupt arrogant and just not interested. No help at all. Really disappointing.

        Only service I've ever used on the internet which seems to purposefully make it harder to pay them.

        Would give 0 stars if I could! Allows their staff to keep their positions after misconduct, slander and more. Seems staff are given positions they are not fully qualified for or the correct training is not given. The council will not take responsibility in their errors which has resulted in a small business closure. They claim to support small business but many customers and the business in question would strongly disagree with this. It is unjust.
