        Sorted,,,Had to go down to the Parker Lane offices,,About 150 rebate,,there was a Q,,all there was there for the same reason,,,,unanswered phone calls,,and no success on Internet,,The young guy I saw,,was EXCELLENT,,SORTED IT IT 2 MINS,,,When I told him about my attempts to sort it out,,HE said yes l know,,lots of people are having the same problem,,,its not working,,! Any l,v finally got it done,,probably need the 150,rebate ,to pay the bloody phone bill,,,have a nice day,,Thankyou young fella,,,
