Ordered some slippers for Christmas at end of November. No where to be seen.

Never had them. Called to ask. Very abrupt in manner. Unable to clean in my area. Hung up as I was still talking. Very rude!

Good flats for the over sixties with a caretaker who checks on the residents to ensure they are ok. They have a good community feeling about them.
