        Purchased a twig tree last Christmas. Some lights stopped working after a few days. Complained at that point. I was offered a refund but was not forthcoming. This year the tree does not work at all. Informed that its now out with the 12 month guarantee. Tree was only used for 10 days!! EDIT - following this post I am delighted to have received a very polite response from Mark from this company offering a very acceptable solution to my issue. I'm now a very satisfied customer. Thank you
