Blind Options

This company is a joke! I recently purchased blinds from them for a new build and they brought blinds that did not fit the window, after coming out on 2 occasions to measure. They then proceeded to put the blinds outside the window rather than in the frame which resulted in damage to walls. No apology was made for this and the staff I dealt with were very rude. I was also not remotely compensated for the damage caused. They failed to show up on one occasion after I spent my day waiting for them to arrive. The icing on the cake was when the member of staff wanted payment for the full blind fitting after bringing blinds that didn't fit. He would not leave without some form of payment so I had to pay for some of the blinds. When he returned on the Monday he was rude and fitted the blind again, not apologising for the holes in my wall which he had previously caused, he didn't tidy up after himself and also threw his rubbish on my table which I found after he had gone. When paying on the Monday for the finished work, I was charged the full rate even though they had caused damage to my flat. He also took my card out of my hand and sent photos of it to someone via text message. I queried him on the legality of this but he was so rude. This resulted in me cancelling my debit card. I have emailed Blind Options about this and to date (now three weeks later) have had no response. AVOID THESE SCAMMING COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS. I have given one star because I had to give one but really the deserve a minus.
