Very very poor customer service. Thank you for the response. However when I phoned yesterday to enquire about my alteration, I was not advised that I had to make a fitting appointment, therefore I made the (incorrect) assumption that I could come along at any time. Im not sure staff producing a tape measure and asking me how much I want the trousers taken up is being helpful?? If you reviewed your CCTV you will see that I had a child in a buggy so It wasnt convenient for me to wait for 45minutes. Perhaps in future the staff could maybe advise the customer that a fitting appointment needs to be made - now that would be helpful!

Bad experience and very expensive. Wedding dress alteration quoted 400. Alteration done from another dressmaker for 40. Bridesmaid dress cost three quarters of the price of the dress and didn't fit my daughter when we went to collect. It had to altered again. I asked for a discount and was accused of questioning the seamstresses ability and she was extremely rude to me. She continued to be sarcastic and intimidating until I had paid the other lady and was ready to leave. I only asked for a discount and wasn't expecting that reaction. Certainly would not recommend for price and customer service.
