        Ordered a part for my wardrobe. Hasnt arrived after confirmation date.. when I make contact, nobody answers the phone or calls you back when leaving a voicemail..Nobody acknowledges my emails either.Pathetic & unacceptable

        Kitchen and bathrooms supplied as part of a new Stewart Milne development. The kitchen and bathrooms have been fitted poorly, with damaged and misaligned cabinetry deemed acceptable from their fitters. Kelvin have no quality checks to speak of and don't want to know. Avoid this company at all costs!

        Kelvin kitchen fitted as part of a new build from Stewart Milne. My view is the kitchen was (a) poorly designed and laid out, (b) poorly fitted and (c) of poor quality products. (a) and (b) are Responsibility of Stewart Milne but (c) lies with Kelvin. Multiple delamination of vinyl door and drawer coverings, bits falling of hinges, appliances failing; all within only 6 years. We are now looking to fit a brand new kitchen... It won't be Kelvin supplied.
