        If I could give a Zero I would, I placed an order on a Monday and paid extra postage for it to arive by Sat , it was a Wk later that the parcel arived my fancy dress party ruined, So I phoned and finelly got through to what i could describe as the most horrable customer service I have ever encountered, I am preety sure she was hovering on one of their broom's. And to add more insult they refused to pay the return postage nor to pay the 5.95 extra for the First class special delivery THAT ARIVED 12 DAY'S LATER. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
