        Excellent staff care if you have full mental capacity. If your loved one has dementia or alzheimers, this may not be the facilty for them. This is an independent living facility with no overnight in-house staff. It is an open door facility which means that loved ones can leave the building at anytime. Independent living also means that residents are not supervised continually throughout the day or night. As mental capacity decreases, do not assume that care will increase. Whilst my father had a certain level of capacity, this was a great place. As this decreased, his level of care decreased. Out of sight, out of mind by the management. Could not fault hands on staff.

        Lovely staff, food is lovely. Always clean and fresh. Staff work incredibly hard to ensure the best care is given
