        You have to realise three important things about this housing association. 1/They lie about literally everything and 2/ They calculate every action or response to minimise engagement or any dialogue. Their actions quickly become super predictable. 3/ They are badly organised and often incompetent. I could write a book and give you endless examples but it's easy to sum it all up with these three points, really. Staff turnover is very high and some very good staff have not stayed long. (which doesn't surprise me)

        Not interested in Tennants and anti social behaviour i. E repoerts of drug use, thefts within property, advised unless convicted no action will be taken, advised to visit to confirm WE WILL NOT ACT ON HEARSAY, VERY FEW STAFF WITH A PROFESSIONAL HOUSING QUALIFICATION, A FEW WITH DIPLOMA, (3days to a week course) Housing degrees and MIH Qualifictions lacking does not install confidence with inflated egos and detrimental attitude, but we can only try to strive on, 17 years of acceptance, Idoubt if it will change, pay and feed peanuts, at least we know who or what species we are dealing with.
