It was calm, cool and collected when I visited. Got what I needed, quickly and left.

I wanted pound coins to be told they didn't have any. However they miraculously found some when I pointed out that I was in a bank !

Shockingly bad procedures n customer service knowledge about handling fraud. Different info given n tactics clearly intentionally designed to frustrate the customer.

Staff very helpful; have never felt rushed, even when the place was full.

Good and helpful Staff

Closed my account with Virginia money and then needed historic bank statements. The last I spoke to was very helpful and managed to get me all the statements I needed.

Cant take any cash after 4pm Joke....

I have used Nicolson Accountancy for over 5 years now and they have been amazing. Very efficient and always on the ball.

Gareth is extremely rude. Heard from various people to avoid, however didn't take their advise on board. Luckily didn't get far down the line with Curle and Co.
