        Recent mortgage application, We found this company extremely difficult to deal with. Extremely Awkward, Unhelpful and very slow to read any updated documents. Each time we gave them the required documents. After checking them1-2weeks later, they would justbdemand another document. Clearly didn't want our business Yet we have an impeccable credit histort with maximum score. We Have now decided to take oir business elsewhere

        Very nice staff. I was once told I had to wait 5 minutes and they offered me tea or coffee. Considering that I was wearing a tracksuit and just came from a uni lecture, they were very nice towards me.
