        Very helpful and kind staff and quite accomodating as well. They helped me open an account in couple of minutes while all the other big banks that I approached were slow and had tideous paper work which lacked transparency about the process for weeks. I liked the security processes put in place by the bank and the online, mobile and in-branch experience is all great. Thanks to Bank of Scotland and the staff in particular in Linlithgow branch.
