Dreadful! Internet gives incorrect opening times. Arrived in Biggar at 12.50 to find branch closes for lunch 12.30 - 1.30. Went back just after 1.30 to find a long queue. It was 1.50 before I was served, I think everyone could tell how annoyed I was, but the teller did not speak to me, didn't ask if she could help or offer an apology for the length of time we had to wait. By that time I was running behind schedule and did not have time to make a complaint plus I didn't want to hold other people up so I just rushed out without saying anything deciding to post on here instead.
