Staff are very welcoming and empathetic towards you. And make you as comfortable as possible to ensure you don't feel anxious or anything while your their.

They dont seem to know whats happening in their own office.

The services are awful to say the least.. lazy unmotivated staff poorly trained and in the most part rude and totaly lacking in basic customer service skills .
