I had to go into this jobcentre due to a member of staff being absolutely rude and out right disrespectful to my friend that only wanted help that would have taken 2 minutes, my friend has mental health problems and this was unnecessary stress so I went in to ask for the man's name, the rudeness I then got and the attitude he gave me was of equal disrespect. That man should not work with people if that is his attitude to claimants that only require a little respect and help, in my opinion ENDAF should be peer reviewed by his superiors following the total lack of compassion. No wonder this JC has such a bad look.

Completely useless, if anything they held me back in my job search. Having weekly meetings with the same person but him not being able to recall my situation, every week he suggested going self-employed, or going on an apprenticeship course which I told him on every single occasion (!!!) I couldnt afford to do. They cant seem to understand especially with younger people that not all of us have identical situations, some of us are completely independent and need real advice, which they failed to do with me despite my constant asking.

Not really very helpful or friendly. Was told I'd not get a job if I couldn't speak Welsh and questioned why I had moved there. No help in actually finding a new job or with my CV. Just wanted me to constantly fill in forms. Really disappointed.
