Canolfan Gwaith Y Fenni | Abergavenny Jobcentre

Locked out by security guard, then finally allowed to enter an hour and half later, dwp and the Abergavenny job centre have refused to help me access my account, cohered me into changing my username although this wasnt necessary as I knew my details was definitely correct. Then when I waited for the email I was asked to leave the premises. My work coach has not been present at all , nor contacted me when she made the appointment for, knowing my issues with time ( if you tell me my appointment is at 1:10pm, then call me at 1:10pm, dont lie to cover your backs then close for an hour and half lunch break! Appalling, if I was you Id search for your nearest job centre that isnt in Abergavenny!

Helpful, polite and nothing is any trouble. Gets problems solved in a flick of a switch. Great fun reversing to get out!!

This is no longer a Job Centre it has been sold and is being converted into Flats.

Absolutely disgusted. They expect people to be punctual and treat the staff with respect but leave "customers" outside waiting in the cold for no good reason except they had a meeting. Talking to the other people waiting for appointments, this is a regular occurrence.
