        Disgusting customer service. Switchboard operator, impolite if you do get through to them, one out of four was polite. Employees totally lacking in relevant knowledge.when put through to relevant department had to listen to hideous music for more than 12 minutes without being told why my call wasnt being answered. Absolutely useless. Definitely not fit for purpose. Gave up and hung up .

        What can I even say about this place that Torfaen residents dont know about? Its like I pay council tax for the fun of it! Problems are never solved as emails are never replied to, and when I call the staff are nothing but rude, dismissive and will constantly talk over you.
