Usually they do act though dont hold ones breath adv it can take up to 4-6!days before getting any reply though have noticed the waste bags all raged photographed as they were each labelled to remove or face the consequences.. Happier now Id seen this myself as it was ignored over 2 years constantly its occurred by the people whod rented the place out though did notice a lot of glasses frames disposed of in black bags as a recently opened options had also opened about a block away say 200-300 meters that might have come from shop called Baxters ( this is my best assumption) if not then it only leaves Specsavers and do know they recycle everything they can ?,,

Havent collected my bins after complaining several times. Thwyre completely incompitent and when you try to stand your ground they get hyper defensive and passive agressive. They say they will get a manager to call back and never do call. They all need to be sacked

Absolutely appalling, wanted to complain about the leisure centre in swansea after 6 members of my family became ill after swimming there, it seems the environment dept. does not investigate other council departments, sounds almost corrupt!!

We are a local business located in Swansea. Had two agents who work for Swansea council came visit to us for an inspection last week. we made a mistake, we did not have a commercial waste licensing in place, so we paid a fine and learned from our mistake. But one of the guy was very rude and aggressive when wording with myself, pointing his finger at me when speaking to me in public. I found it very uncomfortable and embarrassing, bare in mind hes also twice the size of me, how can somebody so frightening working for a public service!
