        Absolutely useless, you can phone them, email them and get no response. I have been waiting over two years for them to solve a problem with me being able to use my account for transport and it still doesnt work. Even when I was worried about my sons safety with getting the school bus, no one has got back to me. I have managed to get a member of the council switch board to send school transport a message. Will now have to wait and see if anyone will phone me back.

        Bin man in Rossett was very rude. Refused to empty our bin as my husband was just putting it out when they were at our neighbours house as he said we were late. He was only a few feet away and my husband took it to the lorry but he still refused even though it was only 7.30am.
