Was held last night under the 136, night staff really rude and couldn't be bothered. Day staff much nicer and helpful. Glad to be back home with my Putin!

Your calls will be ignored and the doctors will waste your time and break agreements they made with you.

I was guided to a video to find my way to the correct department. Staff were friendly and polite. Any questions I had were listened to and answered fully.
