Worst doctors around. Staff are rude, unsympathetic and bang on about how hard it is to work for the NHS. Receptionists are all rude. No point calling them as you will never get through. They tell you theres no appointments available and then if you turn up there theres no one waiting in the waiting room. Dr Pickerell (senior partner) supposedly needs to have a word with the staff with the way they talk to patients! Witnessed one of the nurses who takes the blood tests shout at a woman today and even made her cry! Absolutely no need for it! If you want to express how you feel about the NHS and your job do it to your boss not your patient.

Avoid at all costs. You will never get through on the phone, you can't go in to speak to someone as you're told to ring instead. Prescriptions are always wrong. Reception staff are rude. Told you will be phoned about test results etc and you won't be.
